the various goods and/or services (Products). In supplying this information to
you, Gold Tweed Coast Guide is acting as independent
agent of such Facility Operators. Irrespective of any measures taken by Gold Tweed Coast Guide to ensure the information contained
in this site is accurate at the time of publication, Gold Tweed Coast Guide disclaims and will be exempt from
liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and
any errors, mis-description and all associated disappointment, loss, expense,
damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.

does not control the manner in which Products featured within this site are
provided. Gold Tweed Coast Guide
disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply
of such Products and or Services. This includes liability (whether as a matter
of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect
or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand,
penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay.
It also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or a
Facility Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product,
delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a
change in the Facility Operator.

Prices
Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax. Unless indicated otherwise, prices do not include transport from your homeport to holiday destination and return, from hotel to recreational facility, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges.
Golf Booking
Guarantee
If you decide to go ahead with golf
course/s bookings after receiving our quote we will tentatively confirm again
with the course/s that the times are still available and email you PayPal
payment advice.
Note:
Payments will be made to
Internet
On The Coast Pty Ltd.
After your payment has been received we will issue confirmation
vouchers via email. This usually is done within 48 hours of payment being
received.
Booking
Amendments
Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the
relevant Facility Operator. Any approved change to your booking may incur an
amendment fee imposed by the Facility Operator.
Vouchers
These will be issued to client, via
email usually within two business days.
PayPay Secure Golf Payments
For golf bookings we accept
payments via PayPal. All other bookings you do directly with the accommodation
facilities. You do not have to be a member of PayPal. You can pay simply by
using your email address and there are a number of ways to pay. If you decide to
book golf after receiving quote we will forward you a PayPal payment request via
email and you just log on to the PayPal web site and finalise the transaction.
There is a 2% service charge for use of this service.
Cancellations
Please be advised that cancelled bookings will incur charges.
For "Golf" Cancellations/Refunds: Charge is 10% of booking fee if we
are given more then 7 days notice before tee off date If less then 7 days
notice there is no guarantee of a refund from the golf course.

You need to view their policy before booking.
Cancellations via Email
Email is not fully reliable to transmit urgent cancellation advice. Email messages can get lost etc. Your should receive a response from Gold Tweed Coast Guide within 24 hours that we have received your message, if not please send it again. We take NO responsibility for lost or misplaced email messages.
